Rough sketch

Every product starts with a design. In rough sketches the styling of the overall design is determined.

3D design software

Ideas for the new design are being developed at Villa ProCtrls technical department in 3D design software (Autodesk Inventor 3D CAD Software). Construction and dimensions are accurately determined. All viewing angles and dimensions are calculated. Materials and manufacturing techniques are prepared. Nothing is left to chance. When the first 3D drafts have been prepared they are being send to the marketing department to create photo realistic renderings.

Manufacturing

Each component is manufactured with advanced techniques. This varies from laser cutters to a 5 axis milling machine for wood. All processes and techniques in wood, metal and plastic are combined to manufacture the perfect lectern for you.

It is all in the details

Your lectern ends up perfect because of the custom-made details and options. For the best lighting Villa ProCtrl developed a panel with a (vandal resistant) switch and a connector for the LED goose neck lamp. The circuit boards in various components are also self-manufactured.

Hidden Technique

Your lectern can have many more options than just a microphone or a reading light. Your lectern can be height adjustable (depending on the model) or equipped with Domotics. A cable manager with easy cable access can be installed to connect your laptop. When required, patch panels are custom made. We install all the technology for you.

If your lectern is equipped with electrical equipment the lectern will be accompanied by a NEN-EN50110/NEN3140 certificate.
